UTM parameters, prefix/suffix & first comment

On each schedule you can configure:

• Message prefix / suffix — text automatically added before and after each post (opt-out per post).
• First comment — a comment posted automatically right after publishing: your link, hashtags or CTA.
• UTM parameters — utm_source, medium, campaign, term and content, appended to your links for analytics.
