What is a category?

A category is a folder that holds a group of posts. Think of it as a content bucket — for example, "Customer testimonials", "Product tips", or "Company news".

Categories serve two purposes

• Organisation — they keep your content tidy.
• Scheduling — when you create a timeslot, you choose which category it pulls posts from.

A single category can be linked to multiple timeslots, and multiple schedules can use the same category.
