How does automatic publishing work?
Once everything is connected, SocialPilot picks the next available post from the right category and publishes it at the right time — automatically.
Every minute, SocialPilot checks your active timeslots. When a timeslot's time (and weekday, if set) arrives, it selects the next post from that timeslot's category, applies your schedule's message prefix/suffix and UTM parameters, and publishes to every channel on the schedule at once. If a first comment is configured, it is posted right after.
The next post is chosen by recycling order: priority posts first on a fresh library, then the least-recently-published. When every post has been used, it loops back to the start — your queue never runs dry.
