What is a comment campaign?

A comment campaign lets AI reply to comments on your posts. You pick a channel (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok), a post period, and write a system prompt — the rules that shape every reply (tone, language, do's and don'ts).

SocialPilot then watches the comments on your monitored posts. For each new comment, the AI reads it and — following your prompt — writes a reply in the commenter's own language. It can skip comments that don't need a response (spam, emoji-only, offensive).

What you configure

• Channel — where to read comments from.
• Post period — only comments on posts from this window are watched.
• Response mode — manual approval or fully automatic.
• AI provider — Claude by default, or your own key.
• System prompt — the personality and rules for every reply.
