Manual approval vs. auto-reply

Every campaign runs in one of two modes.

Manual — review before sending

AI drafts a reply and it waits under Pending approval. You read the comment, tweak the reply if you like, then Approve & Send — or Ignore it. Nothing goes out without your click. Best while you're dialling in the prompt.

Auto — send immediately

AI drafts and sends the reply automatically, within seconds of the comment arriving (via webhook). A daily cap protects you from runaway volume. Best once you trust the prompt.

You can switch modes any time from the campaign.
